RVU and IP Information
HPE is in progress of migrating each customer from NonStop eServices Portal to HPE Support Center:

If an HPE Migration Advisor completed migrating you to HPESC, do not log cases in NCP. Otherwise, continue
logging cases in NCP.

We want to notify our Customers, that no RVU/IP requests will be processed due to regional holiday on the following dates: Thursday, December 25, 2025, Christmas Day. Normal support will resume on Friday, December 26, 2025. No support on January 01, 2026 due to new year’s day and will resume on Friday, January 02, 2026 and January 06,2026 due to local holiday and we resume operations on January 07,2026.
